What will happen when you move your repayment frequency from monthly to fortnightly/weekly?

When you make a weekly/fortnightly payments, your loan balance decreases with each payment, and since Ijara is calculated on a daily basis, it will then be calculated on a reduced loan balance, therefore lowering your rent charged that month.

When your rent reduces but your repayment amount is staying the same, your principal balance owing reduces slightly quicker than originally anticipated, thereby lowering your term.
