Once you’ve signed up, you'll receive a pre-filled Hejaz Employer Contribution form from us. You can forward this form to your employer if you wish to send future employer contributions to your new Hejaz Super account.

You will typically receive your Hejaz Super Employer Contribution form via email within one business day of signing up with Hejaz Super. However, you can download it at any time from your Hejaz Super online account.
