What is the timeline to transfer my super to Hejaz?

Here is the timeline from form sign-up to funds being received by Hejaz, along with the expected duration for each step:

1️⃣ Sign-Up & Account Setup (Day 1-2)

Client completes the application form.
Hejaz sets up the new Islamic Super account.

2️⃣ Online Access Granted (Day 3-5)
The client receives login details to access their account online.

3️⃣ Super Choice Form Sent (Day 3-5)
Hejaz sends the Super Choice Form via email.
The client provides the form to their employer to direct future contributions.

4️⃣ Hayat Protection Confirmation (Day 5-7)
If applicable, insurance cover (Hayat Protection) is confirmed.

5️⃣ Transfer of Funds Initiated (Day 7-30)
Hejaz requests a rollover from the client’s existing super fund(s).
Processing times depend on the releasing fund, typically 2-4 weeks.

6️⃣ Funds Received by Hejaz (Day 30-35)
The funds are deposited into the client’s Hejaz Islamic Super account.

The total estimated timeline for completion is approximately 4-5 weeks, depending on the processing speed of the client’s previous super fund.
